Vasileios has been an Associate with our Firm since 2021 and focuses on corporate and commercial law, real estate law, as well as commercial contracts and agreements.  

He has substantial experience in negotiating and drafting corporate and commercial agreements, and all types of M&As and corporate transformations & restructuring.  

Vasileios is often involved in various projects on all aspects of real estate law, such as property management, construction and development projects, SPAs, commercial and residential lease agreements, and expropriation cases. 

He advises domestic and foreign clients and international funds on corporate transactions and issues on a day-to-day basis and on long-term strategies.
