Maria Aikaterini Moustakaki is a Senior Associate of the Firm since 2023, focusing on Corporate and Banking Law.  

Maria – Aikaterini is an experienced lawyer with analytical legal thinking and proven results in turning around complex legal projects. She has been an associate of the Firm and part of our Litigation Team since 2023.

Maria-Aikaterini is a senior member of our Firm’s Litigation Team, handling cases that cover the scope of Civil Law and Procedure, Real Estate Property Law, Banking, NPL Recovery and Enforcement. With expertise in Corporate and Banking Law, Maria – Aikaterini is particularly confident in representing clients in front of Courts of Law for litigation issues pertaining to Real Estate, Enforcement Proceedings, Non Performing Loans debt and Banking claims. She also has experience providing legal consulting to corporations, with a focus on strategies on NPL Recovery, Real Estate assets recovery, management of litigations and other issues of Banking and RE Law.  

Equally skillful in the drafting of legal opinions and day to day legal management for issues pertaining to Corporate and Commercial Law.
