Ioannis is a lawyer before the Supreme Court of Greece, and an associate of the Firm since 2008.  

Ioannis manages the litigation division of the Firm, specializing in Civil Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Corporate & Commercial law Litigation, Banking Litigation and NPL Enforcement, and he also acts as an advisor in various Corporate and RE transactions and contracts. 

Ioannis has a broad corporate, commercial and civil law practice, capturing the negotiation, execution and enforcement of all types of agreements and contracts with specific focus on Services and Goods Agreements, RE Agreements, brokerage services and asset management agreements.

His extensive litigation and enforcement experience ensures Ioannis provides expert advise on risk management applicable to civil law issues, commercial practices and RE portfolio management. In the area of Real Estate, Ioannis is the head of the division of our Firm dealing with asset clearance after acquisition through auctions, and the relevant litigation team dealing with any litigation arising thereof.

Finally, Ioannis advises and represents clients in indemnity cases based on contractual or tort basis. He has extensive experience in credit recovery and has supported the Firm’s clients in many judicial and extrajudicial disputes, mainly resulting from breach of commercial transactions or otherwise contract obligations.
