Dimitra- Electra is a lawyer before the Second Instance Court of Greece, and an associate of the Firm since 2019.  

Dimitra specializes in Commercial, Corporate and Civil Law, Tehcnology, Software and Real Estate transactions as well as Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, with a particular focus on technology transactions, SaaS agreements and commercial contracts.

With a deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their impact on industries, she offers strategic legal counsel to established companies, startups, and tech innovators. Her experience working in the tech industry has provided her with valuable technology and commercial knowledge and insight, making her able to assist and advise clients with effectiveness and a business/product-oriented mindset.  She has a solid track record on international commercial contracts, Software as Service Agreements, technology transfer agreements, intellectual property agreements and advisory as well as in providing outsourced in-house services and handling the day-to-day corporate and commercial law matters of established companies and start-ups. She has also worked on various complex M&A projects, company and group restructurings, Corporate finance and debt restructurings. 

Dimitra has a strong international commercial background, having years of experience as an in-house lawyer for one of the largest online gaming operator companies in Europe and abroad, and more briefly at the European Union’s Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), as well as large corporate law firms in London, UK.
