Despoina is an Associate focusing on Civil Law (especially in contracts and civil procedure), Real Estate Law, Banking Law, Law Enforcement Proceedings and Commercial Law.  She has been a member of our Firm since 2019.

Despoina has substantial experience in drafting commercial and Real Estate related agreements, in advising and monitoring transactions (both commercial and real estate) and in auction procedures. 

She has been involved in many real estate transactions, consistently advising clients and monitoring the relevant processes, as well as running due diligence of individual assets or entire portfolios and advising on Property transfers, leases and other agreements regarding property asset management. 

Additionally, Despoina has experience in drafting and reviewing different commercial agreements, advising and providing services to the Firm’s clients on “core product” contracts and practices.
