Anna is an Attorney admitted before the Second Instance Court of Athens, focusing on Banking Law, Real Estate Law, Commercial Law and Corporate Law.  She has been an associate of the Firm since 2017. 

She has substantial experience in litigation in matters of civil and commercial law, sales of NPL portfolios, debt restructuring transactions, as well as securitisations of loan and trade receivables. She also has experience in creditor fraud litigation and RE litigation.

Anna is also experienced and regularly involved in real estate transactions and advising real estate companies investing in property, running due diligence of individual assets or entire portfolios and advising on Property transfers, leases and other agreements regarding property asset management.

At the same time Anna provides legal advice to corporations and natural persons on day-to-day issues, including corporate bookkeeping and outsourced Legal department services, along with drafting and creating long-term strategies on corporate matters.
